ive got psx mem tool but its missing pbvm60.dll, the official page is 4 years out of date and ive been googling for this pbvn60.dll for over an hour! does anyone know where to get this?

Question-why do you need this? With epsxe you can just use the ps1 menu like the real playstation and manage the cards there.
With this http://ifile.it/e8u2vxh/cards.zip you put them into the memcards folder, setup with epsxe config > memory cards > epsxe000.mcr and > epsxe001.mcr And save in game like a real PS, they both have 15 blocks each
i want it because i can download saves and convert them to play on emulator. never managed to do resident evil 2 with an A rating in all scenarios etc so never got to play as hunk and tofu

Your welcome, I fined its best to convert .gme to Other-adriPSX, FPSE, PCSX (*.mcr) with memory card coverter Place it in memcards folder, and config from memcards folder with emulator The all in one memcard coverter is best on that site
