Hi, I'd like to ask all of you what I fear may sound particularly newbish:

Is it possible to play ISOS on an actual PSX console?

Could I maybe save the file to a DVD-R and just play it? Or do I need some sort of patch first (which I MIGHT have already)?

    Thanks ;D

Burn the files you downloaded here to a CD, and your PSX needs to be modded or something I think.

what you'd basically need to do is get a basic all compatible dvd/cd rw and download a bios dumper on it, then use it on ur psx. but dude, you can get a perfectly running, all-game capable ps emulator online. if u wanna know the link, respond.

lol...I'd say the ePSXe is a good emulator, but for a PSX? you can use a modchip or the Swap disc trick...but you need an official disk for that

Yeah, swap disc is the easiest way, but it would be way easier to install a modchip. Just with ePSXe, you need to have a somewhat fast computer.

Contradictory much? :) lol anyways swap disc is easier (and free) and modding is great...(but not free)

Too bad that it can't be softmodded like a Wii
