Psx emulator save game failed

    Sorry for my ignorance but I have to ask this.. I am playing xenogears and when i tried to save it in memory card 1( configuration memory card m1 inserted) it successfully saved game. I continue to play then when I tried to save again I've noticed that my save is gone and when i try to save again it fails. I'm currently using the quick saves but I want to save game in memory card to fell like playing ps. ^^, by the way i'm using psx emulator.
