Hi sorry if this is wrong area - I d/l a psx file and when i unpacked I recieved a corrupt rar warning, the ISO was marked as a .MDF file instead of bin/cue is this a different extension requiring a different prog, im on a slow connection so 500mb is a long time to d/l again instead of using convertor? hope this makes sense and appologies if wrong area.
    regards

it is a different format yes, it is the alcohol format. You will need Alcohol 53% to mount it, and then you can convert it using the copy CD function of a burning program (I recommed imgburn). Never directly convert files as it rarely works. However, as the rar is corrupted, I'm afraid you will have to redownload it. If you use a download manager it should go a long way towards preventing the new download being corrupt.
