PSX 1.13 help

    I need some help...
    When i'm playing ff9 2nd disc and i wanna enter cleyra .... but the screen goes black and nothing happens.
    I thought it's the problem with the discs so i downloaded the image... but it also goes black and nothing happens
    Is it something wrong with my computer or it's the configuration of the emulator?

    its the emulator, switch to ePSXe 1.5.2 with pete's plugins ('nice' settings and special game fixes enabled in video plugin config).
