Ok, I've been Having this problem for a while...

I have a NETGEAR Router and a slim psp... I would like to increase my connectivity with my PSP, because it doesn't work to well.

    EXAMPLE:
My MPO+ Game has the ability to connect online and host or join a game... but when I log on it says"cannot create game in current network enviroment, and I cannot host...I have my connection set to auto...

does any one have an idea on what I can do to solve this problem?

  2. I've used a netgear router as well, try finding a program that increases your signal strength, there are also range boosters you can buy that increase range as well as signal strength

I heard you can increase your signal by wrapping tin foil or something around or near your router.

Search "Cantenna". It's a cool type of antenna that boosts range by a lot.

tin foil will kill the signal, and the major flaw with 'cantenna's is they're directional, that is they focus all the signal in one direction, forming a 'beam'. The range is increased while you are in the beam, but if you aren't you can't get a signal at all.

Rangeboosters/external antennae is probably the best option, Programs that increase signal strength do not exist and cannot possibly work, the signal strength is determined by physical factors such as distance from the router, orientation of the antennae and what objects are between you and the router.

Wireless is a fickle thing that has a tendency to stop working for no reason at times.
