I was wondering if a 2gb pro duo would work for ISOs. The 4gb is much more expensive, but I also don't want to waste my money on a memory stick thats hardly useable =p
4Gigs works, I don't know where you got the idea that they didn't. 4 gigs are now just as good as 2, now only if I could say that about the 8 gig memory cards..
With a 2GB card, you'll be able to play any PSP game you want. No game is over 2GB, unless it's a multi UMD game (Which I belive there has only been one, and it wasn't a "game" as such). A 4GB would be better, but really, the bigger size you can get, the better. I have an 8GB myself, and I'm still usually short on space. =/ What's wrong with 8GB sticks?
At the moment they are quite slower than 4 Gigs and 2 Gigs, although it was like that about 6 months ago and tech goes faster and faster so I don't know. Oh yeah, there's a few 8 Gig cards that don't even work on the PSP, I don't remember which ones.
When did i say that 4gigs wouldn't work? I mean that I didn't want to waste the money on a 2gig if it wasn't going to hold any isos or movies =p
2 gigs will do fine if you only want one or two games on there at a time, I had 2x2GBs for PSX games (ripped down to 20-100MB) and homebrew and an 8GB for PSP isos. Sandisk and official sony both work very well (I found sandisk to be quicker than sony brand even).
Thanks Almo, as long as it holds something its fine I suppose =p I'll jsut have to upgrade whenever I can,but anything beats my current 32mb pro duo =/
