C'mon, its a very good idea! Theres not much websites that offer psp isos! (they are pretty slow!) Do you agree or disagree? Why?
Well it does sound like a good idea but the problem is, RomUlation might not have enough money right now to host PSP games because they need their money to keep this site hosted instea of wasting hundreds of dollars hosting PSP games. If I were you I would subscribe lifetime membership to a site that hosts PSP games.
Yeah but i know a site where you can get some for free! im just suggesting something really good for the website, of course Romulation may not be able to do it now but it would attract a lot of people! most guys download via torrents so you can get them to come here the greatest website on earth!
Ohhhhhhh................................ Well then there are a lot of people 'borrowing' and forgeting to give it back. ??? I bet half the users get there games here for free. Me?... i get ps1 games because they dont sell em at game stores and i dont have a credit/debit card to pay for games online...
re: Most sites I have encountered that have PSP Isos usually talk about the site being for backing up, and under downloads it says something along the lines of "Delete within 24 hours". While this is most likely to be a cover for the site so it is not immediately shut down, the point still stands- whether you like it or not, downloading console games without ownership is illegal. So even if half of Romulation don't own the games, it doesn't make it right. Also, I'm not 100% sure on this but I think the majority of Romulation's downloads are for the DS, so whether that equates to having a large nintendo fanbase i'm not certain, but even so more DS roms would be of equal appeal (at least in my mind)
we have all the commercial DS roms, so more DS roms isn't an option. The ones we don't have don't exist (bar 5 or 6 that we were ordered to take down). while creating backups of games you own is perfectly legal and your right; downloading backups is not legal. Additionally, the 'delete within 24 hours' statement has no basis in law, so a downloaded game is equally illegal whether you delete it in 24 minutes, 24 hours or 24 days. This is why we do not make that statement, our cause is righting the moral wrong of not being able to try games before you buy, and we have no wish to mislead people.
Romulation isn't here so people can try games it's for people wanting to have a socialised discussion and make interbuddies the downloading just a side thing. We all know you all come here for the forum ! Come on admit it
Nonsense, I download the games so I can look at the code in a text editor, this induces a trance like state and alows me to contact the great old ones from the Necronomicron. For some bizarre reason the Hello Kitty games produce the darkest visions.
romulation has an affiliates section and in that section there is something called psp isoz. So there you go. No need for another one.
WTF? These ROM's are the full version so I highly doubt that. Although I don't think RomUlation is illegal because the "Point" feature where a member acquires 50 (Or 150 if you're Premium Member or a Moderator) per day and goes on contests, makes it fair enough to download games, kinda like getting allowance from your parents .
1) Do you know of demos for the games we host? No? Me neither, because there only exists a demo for a minority of them, probably < 1%. 2) RomUlation IS illegal, regardless of our point system.
I am surprised that there isn't a way to modifiy the games so that full version downloads don't occur... Most of my collection are games that 1.already have 2.would never pay money for (ie sony made games or crap from ea, thq...) 3.ones that I can't get in my region (ie metal slug 7) 4.and yes the try before you buy... While I back up my backups, most are outdated classics, but of course are still ilegal... Do you know why though it's a bad thing to keep downloading and not buy the real thing? Because then, what's gonna pay the developer's bills? Eventually they won't have any money, and won't be able to make the next Grand theft auto... Or they won't see a point in making games anymore (sony or mircosoft) and focus on other area's, meaning no more halo or gran turismo... And on a lesser extent, those leeches at eb games won't be able to sell new or old games, and thus, fold in, meaning MORE un-employed people, and let me tell you, a a copy of resident evil ds for $10 brand new always works better than a free rom of the same deal (half these roms are slightly slower than the real deal, like ultimate mortal kombat)... Seen midway, it's not just the whole financial crisis, half of thier games would have been copied! Even though I will rarley download a virtual console game, it's because I lack respect for the game, or never heard of it (axelay is supposedly a great game, but I never saw it...super metroid on the other hand...) (on a quick note, psp iso's would be a ok ida, but I only say that because I'm against any company willing to take on nintendo XD)
Your site has NDS roms and therefore competes with RomUlation. Since you didn't take the hint when your previous post was removed, this is a warning.
