I´m not sure if I should ask here but... what exactly are psp ISOS and what can I do with them?

an ISO is basically a rom, the difference in name is because they come from difference sources. A 'rom image' ('rom') comes from read only memory (ROM) chips inside cartridges (in this context, but a rom image is really just a dump of the contents of a rom chip regardless of whether it originated inside a cartridge); and 'ISO image' ('ISO') is the same thing, only taken from disc-based optical media such as CDs, DVDs and the like. The name comes from the International Standards Organisation, who ratified the file format commonly used for making CD/DVD images.
