This topic is connected to: PSP 1000-2006 Hacking [TUTORIAL]

    Download the following:
    PSP ISO Compressor v1.4
    http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/900 / Mirror

    NOTE:
Only 97% of PSP games are able to be compressed.
The other 3% lags allot on gameplay or don't play at all.
[some games though are known to work sorta well if you move the compression tool, but I suggest you don't mess with that]

Click on the Step to get a visual image :3

    1. Load the program
    2. Click on "Compress ISO->CSO"
    3. Find the file you wish to compress and load it in the "Input File(s)" option
[you will get a message like this, simply click OK]

    4. Find the location where you wish to put the finished, compressed file and click on "Output File(s)" option
    5. Click on "Compress" option, and wait...
    6. Your CSO file should be where you told it to go (Output)
Simply drag the CSO onto the "ISO" folder of your PSP

NOTE: The end result (size) varies by game...

    The one being show is:
Darkstalkers Chronicle - The Chaos Tower and by compressing it we saved about 137MB, which we can use for other things :3

    Other Options:
The other compression options where old based compression methods, usually around the time Dark-Alex (DAX) was around.
They have the same compression results as a CSO file, so ignore them.

I wouldn't say ignore the other compression options, but they are the least used as many people flip shit if the games are in DAX or another form other than ISO/CSO.

    True...
    They are usually ripped...
Good info, such as video trailers are mostly ripped out...

I will soon be posting my collection of PSP ISO's (US) Untouched
I always try to find games like this, but they are usually either patched or something :I
