    Ok-now let me explain...

I had this iso for some time, and has always worked.

And I am still using m33v6.

    So no real changes.

The problem lies in the game I believe.
The other day while ripping a few games I decided to remove those UPDATE folders from the isos I had.
This game that I downloaded had one for some reason-So I removed it.

All other iso's that I removed the UPDATE folder from work.

Now...is there much I can do to save this game-or must I re-download it-I got cocky and even altered my backup :(

    The other facts...

    -Tried all other iso modes

-Tried running the boot bin rather than the eboot

-I ONLY removed the UPDATE folder-which shouldn't affect the iso.

-The iso is a cso just for refferance.

Try it unmodified first. And decompressed.

    Oh-sorry-need to re explain..

I got it as a cso-and it worked previously.

Recently I ripped out the update folder-it shoudln't affect it...

All games but this one work after I ripped it.

    WHy is this?

I don't know why... but it did work before, right? So it must be something in that folder that did it.

    Why rip them out anyway?

1.According to a few psp sites-the update folders aren't required-they just contain the data for the UMD so you can update your firmware rather than go online

    2. 22MB is a bit of space

3.They are technically not assiociated with the actual game files-ripping out audio and the eboot/boot.bin file can have drastic effects.

    ...hrm...might try something...

Anyone know what the firmware update on initial d street stage is-maybe if I shove a new one in...
