    What is your PSP's firmware?
    This is essential to know.

As of now if you're firmware is over 5.50 on a 3000, then you can't play downloaded games. :\

But you can play a GBA emulator - http://pspslimhacks.com/gpsp-hbl-mod-gameboy-advance-emulator-for-hbl/

You can't at the moment. It would have to be 5.03 firmware or lower. (for a 3000)
But there is an way to play some homebrew and a GBA emulator.

Yes you should be able to. I'm not sure about the compatibility though, and you'll need a GBA BIOS.

    You're welcome. :)

You're going to need the gba bios.

You can get it here - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=OTQ5XSHZ
    From - http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=6326.0

Just rename the bios file to gba_bios.bin or else the emulator won't work properly.

And yes, just put the GBA roms from the site into the PSP/GAME/gpSP folder along with the gba_bios.bin.
