    Whats a good PSP game, preferably RPG based with anime graphics, thanks :)

    99% of the RPGs for the PSP are anime styled...

    The Tales series and Mana Khemia are probably what you're looking for, depending on the style of RPG...action or purely turn-based.

    valkryia chronicles 2
    disgaea 1&2
    Persona 3 Portable
    Lunar silver harmony
    Hexyz Force (Awesome art, 2nd to P3P for me)
    ZHP
