i'm suprised you can do anything on that, sounds old!

but even if you had a fast pc i doubt a psp will work anyway ps2 one is still crap

its the best i have and untill money grows on trees, i canot BUILD a better pc. my pc can compete with a 2004 model. parts age: 1995-1999. os win xp pro. o and my generic 1995 sound card beats a generic 2003 model. ive played fsx on it.

Sorry, but it cannot. My previous PC was purchased in 2001, had a 2.66GHz P4 and a 128MB Geforce 4200.

In 2004, 256MB Graphics Cards were available, which a 32MB card could never compare to.

Oh, and sound cards are the least of importance when in comes to performance.

A little off topic, but I couldn't let you go on believing that without a little push towards the right direction.

wow you probably cant do alot with the 32MB, but aside from that I dont think that there is a decent PSP emulator yet, most are buggy and slow at best.

4 years ago I had a 3.0Ghz Athlon 64 with a 256MB ATI Radeon 9600 Pro. You are long overdue an upgrade.

if you can't upgrade the whole pc upgrade the graphics card at least and you'll notice a boost in performance

Spoiler: You might find an increase in game performance with a better videocard.
Protip: Your computer's stats suck hairy man testicles in all the wrong ways.

But aside from that, the only want to play PSP games decently is to get a PSP! Try ebay.

    it wasn't a pentium. it would have been a 286 or a 386. The pentium is a 586.

EDIT: in fact, I have an 8Mhz 386 in this house somewhere. And a 4Mhz 8088.
