I got my PSP second hand. It is in great condition but when I started playing it, I noticed that at times the analog stick would hang down. This means that my character in the game would constantly run down for a bit or move down. In menu's the cursor would just scroll down. Usually with a flick of the stick it would sort itself out but now it has gotten worse and worse to the point of me being unable to play it anymore because everything keeps going down. Has this happened to anyone before and is there any ideas on how I can get this fixed? Thanks.
Get a new stick, simple as that... It's most likly wore... Mine is stiff-but then again all psp sticks I tried are like that-which is why I prefer the d-pad for games-the stiff new annoys me... So yeah, new stick may solve it-find a places that has mod stuf-they may have sticks-there is a place in australia that does it, but...not sure if you would want to mail that far... www.acegamingstore.com Give them a shot-not exactly cheap and not sure if they go international...but it's best to send an email and see...
Thanks. I know a place in my town here. They do mod stuff and repair PSP's but I just wanted to find out if maybe someone has experienced this and I can fix it myself. But will take it to them and get them to replace the stick. Thanks for your help man.
