epsxe 1.6/1.7 are good-and thanks to a friend I can say it does play burnt games :)

Now I don't even have to get a ps1 thanks to this program!

Note-1.6 has more compatibility, but 1.7 has a bigger list and more features-in my opinion get both just incase...don't forget the plugins that let it run :)

If you get ePSXe 1.5.2 (for Squaresoft/Square Enix games) and ePSXe 1.7.0 for everything else, you would be covered. Together, those two would play almost every game you'd want to. I haven't ran into any that I couldn't get working.

Geekalot-Epsxe isn't that hard to configure-in fact I play it stock!

But most times I use any of pete's plugins, I only configure for a larger screen or new controller...

Ehmm...If you owns a PSP you can also play the PSone games on it...but only with a CFW(CustomFirmware)...

If you own a PSP and don't have CFW, then you are missing out on a lot.

Even if you don't use it to pirate games, it still has nice features that OFW just won't use.
