Howdy, I've had this issue since I got my new isp, see my ps3 randomly signs out when logged into the psn account on the machine... What's odd though, is the laptop only cuts out when the whole internet dies, which is half as often...I'll have to speak to my isp about that but still, why does my ps3 sign out? I disabled the router's firewall, UPnP is disabled on both the ps3 and the router, and I have tried setting the ip adress manually it gives the same results as having it done automatically, though for some reason the guy who set up the router advised leaving the router to automatically find the IP adress, and he set the settings so it's static, but it hasn't changed...we had a blackout awhile back so the modem had to be reset, the ip address remained the same. Also the media server is disabled, can anyone suggest anything else? (This is all wireless thru my modem router combo, billion brand, I wish not to directly connect to it because of the distance to my room, multiple doors and the fact that the only way to be direct is to play in the living room which will restrict the times I can use it)
