So today got my PS3 which runs on a 3.55 cfw. i ve got also the officcial True Blue Dongle .i was told by the technician on the shop that i got the PS3 that i need to have any old game inserted in the console at all times when i wanna play games.i figured it was about authentication since a friend suggested me that. but if someone is expert at this or knows more here is the question: Do i really need a game disc to be inserted on my PS3 at all times or can i play games without one. I guess the technician in the shop didnt know much but from what i read today on some forums it is that the most "PATCHED" games dont require such an action. waiting for some suggestions on this but anyway if i dont get a suggestion or a solution to this i will just get a 2nd hand game tommorrow cheers and sorry for the longpost
