I've been asked by a friend for suggestions as to a good set of headphones for use with a PS3 and online play. Apparently his brother does a lot of online, and has asked for headphones for christmas. As both my friend and I are deaf, plus I dont play online at all, its not really something either of us know much about. Any suggestions?
Apparently these are all the rage. http://www.turtlebeach.com/products/ps3-gaming-headsets.aspx They pick up even the slightest bit of sound, even when people are in "stealth." It's a really cheap way to play, but anybody who's anybody has these so there's really no competitive edge to them if everyone has it. You're going to suffer if you don't have them, really.

Turtle Beaches are the best out there, so anyone of the links above would be good. Tell your friend to get turtle beach color though, it's the newest ones released only a few days ago
Just because its newest one out doesnt make it the best to buy. If it has only just be released it is probably quite high on money to value.
True, but some people have money to blow to get those. I got them with my summer job money, so it money wasnt the problem for me
If JBH recommended the Official PS3 Headphones, I doubly recommend it. They're really good, especially at the price. They also don't come defective as much as the TB.
