Every time it tries to autosave during Story Mode, it does one of three things starting with 1 and progressing to 2 and then to 3. 1. Saves normally 2. Errors out, which can usually be backed out of and then saved over 3. Errors out, and freezes, and eventually corrupts the save However, I have not gotten a single saving issue during Conquest mode. I've looked up solutions regarding the error code and either a solution does not exist, or use option 4 [Rebuild Database] in the PS3 recovery mode.
