PS2 part files corrupt?

    Hello,

Forgive me if this has been posted already, I tried several forum searches and came up empty. I have downloaded 2 separate ps2 .iso files from turtleshare, now that they have been split into parts. (THANK YOU so much for splitting them so they can be accessed once again) Each time I attempt to extract the .iso from the 5 or 6 parts, winRAR tells me the files are corrupt. I am no stranger to archives that have been split into parts, but I have never seen them split in this manner before. (.rar.001 , .rar.002 or .7z.001 , .7z.002 etc) Do i need to rename these for them to work, am I missing a step somewhere, or are they really just corrupt?

It's hard for me to believe that 2 separate games would be corrupt, the file sizes are correct and it is just too unlikely to be true, so i think I'm missing something. Any help combining these things would be appreciated.

One error message says XXXX.rar.001 : unexpected end of archive
The other says XXXX.7z.001 : file is corrupt

I'm going to try a third one now and see if it explodes also. I should also add that a while back, turtleshare did not seem to care about sizes or bandwidth and i was able to download many, many .iso files as single file archives that worked without a problem. I'm positive the problem lies in the split somewhere.

Try using HJSplit to combine the files.
