PS1 ISOs on PS3

    If Lostraniero gives me a PS1 ISO and I burn it onto a disc, will my PS3 pick it up and will I'll be able to play it?

    No. PS3 cannot play burned discs.

    So that means that I will have to play them on the emulator.

    Yes, ePSXe is the best one available.

    No, well at least from what's said on this website.



    People here only suggest psX as a last resort, the few epsxe can't do, this could.

    You can install Ubuntu 7.10 on your PS3, and emulate PSX games through that via ePSXe. You need Wine though.

    no you can't, the graphics chip is locked out when you're in linux, to stop you doing that.
