Not sure if this is the right place to put this, mods please move if it's not. I am aware that there that should be such thing as these, but I can't find any. ePSXe has a "Run PS-EXE" function, meaning that there must be such thing as PS1 exe game files, but I don't know where I can find such a thing, if at all. It's not the hugest issue (I can live with a normal emulator), but I would like to know if and where I can find PS1 EXEs, or how/if I can convert an ISO to an EXE. Got anything?
A quick Google search has given me the answer. Playstation EXEs are simply self-extracting archives that contain ISOs. I'm not really sure where to get them from. But there is a legitimate EXE file made by Sony. So yeah, you could delve further, but I would stick with ISOs for now.
