    epsxe

Depends on what game your using, if made by squaresoft 1.5.2 is the best.

Otherwise 1.6.0 or 1.7.o are awsome.

But get the emulator from the official site.

Google epsxe and the home page should come up.

    ...the guide tells you.

But you need to locate the bios.

    Google "playstation bios+download" and see.

Not hard to find, but might take some time.

    Hey man.
If you have a look at page this thread is located in you will find a plugin pack with 90 different plugins.
Im not sure if there are bios files contained within but google epsxe bios and you should find some. Just unzip the files to the correct folders located in your epsxe installation (i.e plugins in the plugins folder and bios in the bios folder) and you should be ready to go.
Id advice getting dealta which will really help configure and optimise your games to perform better given specific plugins.
This link contains the latest version of epsxe and dealta 2.01, You will need to find zlib1.dll in order for your epsxe to work but it sounds like you have a working copy installed already.

(Sorry romulation, I googled dealta for epsxe and that was the first result)

    I hope this helps.

I find that one sucks...but each to their own.

PSX7 is only good for the few games that don't work on epsxe.

ePSXe is by far the most compatible and accurate.

use espex it is the best out there. you will have to mess with the setting a bit but it works.
