How do I edit things in PRS format? I've got a PRS extracter but it extracts to BIN, and I can't open BIN without YY-CHR and that's too confusing. What I'm trying to edit is text that scrolls at the bottom of the screen and in-game tutorial text.

Sorry, I can't help as I've never encounter this kind of file before, but there are various programs that create such extension, its not easy to be sure which program created that file you have.
