Salutations. While finding a game I want, I came across 2 kinds of ROMs. One Patched, and one Proper. With some digging, I've also found the term 'Proper Patched'. So, um, can anyone tell me what's the difference between Proper and Patched? Does Proper means Clean ROM? Or does it mean something else?
