Does the Project64 v.1.6 support any of these controllers that I found on the internet? http://www.cdrking.com/index.php?mod=products&type=category&subcatid=66&main=31 Since I'm planning to buy one of those because it is hard to play N64 games while using a keyboard. And also, should I buy the one that looks a PS2 controller or the Xbox? Thanks in advance
Are those the prices?! I just bought a $10 adapter for PS2, GC, and XBOX controllers to PC and it works like a charm. Any joypad should work just fine.
Any of those will work just fine, just make sure you configure the controller on the emulator plugins after plugging it in.
Yep a usb joypad will do , You just have to setup the buttons the way you like it with the joypad plugin for project64 , Jabo's DirectInput7 1.7.0.8 plugin will be best Anythink like a playstation looking joypad are better with usb support
on the keyboard configure the it as follows for 1 player only , 2 player gets a bit tricky Analog stick - Left Right Up Down -the arrow keys C buttons - Up down left right - W S A D Digital - up = 8 down = 5 left = 4 right = 6 <----gotta use the num pad A=X L=V R=B Z=Z B=C S= Enter and then play for free
Nothink better then a £5 usb joypad , Man you can find that down the back of a sofa lol!, Sit back and enjoy lol!
there is something better on latest project 64 you can use your own controller wait why didnt i do that before ive been using my ps3 control
You can however use a real n64 joypad with one of thease http://www.consolesandgadgets.com/catalog/usb-n64-controller-adapter-p-3141.html Are cheaper http://bestofferbuy.com/N64-Dual-Controller-Gamepad-to-USB-Adapter-p-51455.html?currency=GBP&utm_source=gbase&utm_medium=cse&utm_campaign=gbase Check google http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&source=hp&q=N64+Dual+Controller+Gamepad+to+USB+Adapter&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&fp=9c494d436b7467d7 Post Merge: [time]1283254800[/time] strange it can only hold upto two joypads the real n64 can take upto 4 players...?
