project64/1964/general n64 emulation problems

Any suggestions on good plugins for any of these emulators? Specifically looking for ricevideo5.9.9, which is what I need to play a few certain games apparently, and all the places I can find either have newer (do not want) versions, or dead links.

Edit: ricevideo no longer necessary (for now), but still hunting for plugin suggestions, targeting specifically input plugins. The ones I have now don't respond correctly to diagonal input for some reason, and only register that I'm pushing the stick a little bit and not all the way. Though, this might just be my crap game pad.
