Hey, is there a way (as in a program) to program any key on any keyboard to do something.

Example: Start a program, execute macros (for games, no duh ::) )

I have something called Microsoft IntelliType Pro which I guess is okay becasue I can still program keys to do stuff. But not enough in such a way that I can program let's say F12 to do something.

    Thanks ;D

    Autohotkey.

Note- I have used this before, but be careful for asking for warez.
Download this at your own risk.

AutoHotKey is huge and a bit confusing and you can technically make viruses out of it and I am still working on understanding how the hell to use it. I think it's as hard as HTML... ...or a lot easier.....

I decided that I would just use the Intellitype Pro program instead.

I got that covered but I still want to perform macros for chatting in CrossFire but it diesn't work :( So I am stuck with typing it all in instead of spamming several troll phrases at noobs.

I still wonder why it doesn't work and why Intellipoint doesn't work in CF...

I mean I have this mouse

which has side buttons on which I want to program to do a 180 turn and to press 'Q' or '1' so I can switch gun quickly but it doesn't work at all (even if I check off program specific commands) but it works in Counter Strike. I basically got called a hacker when I did a 360 no scope using awm LOL. It seems to work in CS but not in CF :(
