Professor Layton and the Unwound Future (U) Corrupted Save Issue

I'm using YsMenu v6.322, and can get past the Black Screen after the Mysteries part. However, every time I start the game I get the message, "The save file has been corrupted and will be deleted". I have tried both the 242 MB and the 256 MB versions with YsMenu and both have gotten the same result. Any suggestions?

 

When you save, you have to close the professor's trunk before turning off the game, otherwise you get a corrupted save.
