problems with r4

    just wondered if any one could maybe explain why some of the games wont work on r4 card. When you scroll down to game everything freezes!. I have put the same games on the kids ds's (slightly older than mine and they all work. I am using
    r4 sdhc upgrade revolution for ds says that on box! firmware is v1.10 :

    dont know if you need to know any thing else.

    Freezing is caused by slow MicroSD cards.
    Backup all your files and reformat your MicroSD card, if that don't work, than you sould buy a proper flashcard like Acekard2i. The R4 SDHC Upgrade Revolution is a bad clone of the original R4.

    thanks will try that, didn't know it was a bad card. you don't know these things when you first start out you only learn as you go along :)

    Yeah, I also started with an R4, but now I use a TTDS, thats also a good one.
