Problems with naruto shipudden Dragon blade chronicles (wii edition)

yersteday i bougth the game and i went to test it out today, i was surprised to not see an update screen like it did with star wars: the force unleashed II or 007 goldeneye, launched it directly from the wii it freezes, turned it off, on and launched it via uloader, to my surprise it runs, but its on french i asked uloader to set it up on english and i hit ok, launched it again and its now french again!, now after im done there i launch it to neogamma to my surprise it treats it like a PAL Game

im not usre if its PAL or NTSC or a different NTSC format.

and how come uloader doest uses the english is one of theo isos that only have one langauge (as the site where im used to get the isos often relases games with individual languages)
