problems with internet explorer and task manager? can anyone help?

    so i downloaded adobe cs3 to start making sigs...

    when i started to install... it said installation cannot continue.. please close the following programs:

    internet explorer...

    but i dont have my internet explorer opened... so i figured maybe its a process...

    but when i tried opening task manager... from the toolbar... the task manager button didnt highlight...

    i think it said that i wasnt the administrator so i cant use task manager... but... i AM the administrator...

    ugh... stupid computer... T_T

    can anyone help?

    Task Manager is probably disabled, go to Start, Run, then services.msc, and go for Task Manager. Enable it.

    Well why didn't you say so? Or just checked if it worked as soon as I posted? In Run, go gpedit.msc. Then Group Policy settings. Then User Configuration. Then Administrative Templates. Then System and then Ctrl+Alt+Del options. Then Remove Task Manager. And then double click Remove Task Manager.
