Hi, I'm new here. I just bought a N4DS a couple of days ago and know that it needs .nds files. This site I came to and signed up. I have tried downloading multiple files and all that happens is a pop-up from IE saying that I need to verify that the site is ok. I say yes then it takes me to the front page then moves to another page that says: "Thou shall not leech! File is at RomUlation.net If you keep getting this error then make sure your firewall does not block referrer info" I do have the latest Norton Internet security but I do not know if that blocks it. And if it does how do I change it? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
It's definitly Norton Internet Security, it doesn't actually secure you, it just makes the web less accessible to. Neither of us admins use it for good reasons, so we can't tell you how to prevent it from doing it.
Well for starters you could get Firefox by going to: Firefox.com, and get Zone Alarm. That should help. Oh, and Un-install that nasty feind by going to Start>Control panel>Add or Remove programs>Norton Internet security Hope i was of aid.
If you want anti-virus security i suggest AntiVir, it's free and easy to use and doesn't disrupt me from accessing websites or anything of that sort. And yes, do what the guy above says so, use FireFox.
AV isnt a problem, its a firewall (internet hack protection) that they need. Personally I use sygate personal firewall. It's free, if you can still find a copy.
ZoneAlarm is good, and thjey have an offer ATM which lets you get the full version for free, if you try some offer thing. I tried it but it wouldn't do it properly for me. The free version works just fine. But you may want to download the Google Packhttp://pack.google.com and download FireFox, Acrobat, Spyware Doctor and when they have installed, get rid of Google Updater.
