When I try to use the member downloads, all my computer ends up downloading is a file called index.html, which obviously isn't any kind of ROM. I've been using the megaupload and rapidshare downloads, but I'd really like to know what's going on with my member downloads. Is it a problem with my download manager? I'm using something called 'Free Download Manager'. Please help!
I dont know exactly if Romulation supports downloads with download managers, but if you are getting that index.html file, then I am guessing it doesnt (I've had that problem with other sites and it was because they didnt support DMs), you should just download normally.
Interesting - I didn't know sites could like, not support downloads with download managers. Oh well, the more you know, right~? I'll try downloading something normally. Thanks for your help
Download managers often handle downloads in odd ways which aren't specified in the HTTP standard. If they abide by the standard and only open 1 connection then every site should support them, but then they'd essentially act just like a browser.
