Got myself R4-SDHC http://tiny.cc/R4_SDHC, updated with most recent 1.18b Kernel from http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp. I have original DS. Game does work normally without Undub patch (new game and saving). After running Undub patch on it, starting new game gives just black screen. Tested Undub with No$GBA2a with No$Zoomer and works fine. Did save in emu and converted it -> DS does recognize save but same black screen appears when trying load it. Anyone got game work with this card? Any route to get it work? I'd really love to play Undub with DS and not with emu. I have been checking YSMenu, has someone got it work with same card and could it fix this?
Checked jpn version and it has spoken intro. English one doesn't play audio in intro, but if you swap jpn game with english audio that intro plays in english. So hmm I guess that rom from Romulation isn't untouched one.
The roms hosted on Romulation are unpatched, clean dumps from scene sources. The problem is likely a compatibility issue with your card/firmware.
Does that intro (after you start new game) play normally with anyone's card or NO$GBA? Just pinpointing issues here.
