Hi, I'm IMANOTAKU, i had just registered here when i found this wonderful site at google

Recently when i begun downloading some of the files, i had problem with starting my game. Whenever i start it, the game wouldnt load, and the error listed on my DS was there is no proper save data, and then screen would just white out.

My version of emulator is R4 DS card that uses micro SD, and the version date is v1.07.

I heard there should be a new patch coming out for R4, but i couldnt find it. Could someone help me give a link for the patch, and explain what might be the reason why my R4 couldnt read the data?

that should fix compatibilty with most games.....

It's simple, go here http://linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/dl.php/R4_v1.18_English.zip If you click it, you'll download R4's latest firmware, verion 1.18. The firmware is needed to play games, the newer the firmware, the more compatibility your crad will have. I hope you know how to update the firmware, because I don't. :p Try asking Anandjones, he knows. :)

    Also, ...

Just for the record, the R4 is not an emulator, the R4 is a flashcard. And if i got it right, the v1.07 is your R4's firmware version. And the 1.07 is a very old version, so I'm (almost) sure it is a firmware issue.

Easy, extract the firmware from the archive, get all the files and folders and place them straight onto your MicroSD, then overwrite the previous firmware files with the new ones. Make sure to get the confirmation window.

Woohoo! I've already updated my game firmware, and it can play FFTA A2 Already!!Me so Happy! Thanks to jin who provided me with the direct link to the patch, and Anand Jones for explaining how to update my firmware. As for insane, it's been a long time since i have been fiddling around with my DS. I'm planning to play all FF series, (Yes, that means RW and IV is in), but not CC. I also ha din mind Advance Wars, Days of Ruins, But i'm currently anticipating for Castlevania, Order of Ecchlesia or whatsisname. Those are the only titles i consider worth playing right now. Btw, it's sad right now DS has had a drought of good games recently. :-[
