Problem with my dstt cart

Today i downloaded pokemon hearthgold on this link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FF4O092J

Since then i can have the dstt menu but I cann't start any rom.
The only files that i can run on my ds are moonshell and all my homebrews I think it's due to the game I downloaded but I'm not 100% sure of it, I deleted the game but my dstt still doesn't work.

Can someone give me some advice to make my cart back working or something like that pleasee, I don't know what to do anymore :s

 

Try instaling the latest firmware.dunno exacty what it is, but it's on GBAtemp.

Please copy all your content of the SD card to the computer, then format the card.
Computer > Removable Device (right click) > Format
Make sure it is the right one

it worked when i was copying the files of my SD card on my computer the antivirus luckily detected a virus.
