problem with laptop

    last time i turned on my latop i kned it was fullly charged yet it said 3% but when i turned it on now it says 0% what the hell is going on?

    SOmetimes the ion batteries dry up. They no longer hold a charge therefor you may need a new battery. Or you power cord is fried.

    i never use my charger i have to use my mom's charger since mine doesnt work

    yes, they also lose charge faster in cold weather.
