problem with extracting files

    can someone please help me with extracting files. when i extract files with winrar I get a diagnostic message. why is it doing that and how do i fix it.

    Redownloading.

    Use a download manager sush as FlashGet

    www.flashget.com - I think that is the right address.

    that usualy hapens when you get a corrupt download sometimes the download isn't ok if you look to your archive, it smaller than it was supoused, thats the reason why you can't unzip it the archive, it's damaged, to prevent that you should use a download mannager such as flash get
