Well... The only option is the Europe server :-\ I get an error that says (dialog, window, no page): Could not download the file. The file may be broken or has been damaged. Do you want to try again? |Yes||No| When I click one of those buttons, nothing happens. I know, our internet does not work correct on speeds from lower then 200 KB/s... And, I may NOT download any download manager on this laptop.
Maybe Romu having some maintenance now? I've tested downloading a game, Works fine though without using any download manager. Try using different browser.
It pops up the same window by every browser installed (Chrome, IE and FireFox) And I don't think RomU has maintenance.

AVG wont necessarily catch malware, try spybot search&destroy, and malwarebytes antimalware. The symptoms you are reporting are classic malware symptoms.

I can't help you so long as you don't provide me any information. "Error message" is completely useless. You'll have to tell me what the error message actually says, describe what you do, what happens or perhaps even take a screenshot.
The screenshot button does not work on this laptop (for now, I try to fix it ). I get the same error message. But it has been solved now. I did a Batch run (quick made) on IE and every browser and it works again.
