Problem Running Dragon Quest IV (DS)

    I hadn't got very farin the game, just opened it and the screens go black. I am running the rom on No$GBA , when I press the confirm button it shows the normal continue/new game screen. The sound works just not sure how exactly to configure it so that it works completely. It seems the video is off. How might I fix that or is it a problem with the rom itself?

    Are you using NO$GBA 2.6a?

    Just to let you know, that even when you do get it running correctly, the game has a horrible slowdown when on the World Map when running it in the NO$GBA 2.6a emulator. It's so horrible that it is almost impossible to play because of it. And it only happens on the world map. There is no fix for this slowdown, currently, and you'd have to wait for a later version (It's not a problem with the Rom, it's a problem with the compatibility of the Emulator). I personally haven't tried it on iDeaS yet.
