I purchased a 6 month premium membership, and i'm only about 1 month in, but today I received an email saying my membership expired. When I logged in it is now showing me as a regular user. Is this an oops, or is premium no longer available?
Same to me! I purchased 1 month and just spent 10 days. I received the same email, and it showing me as a regular member too!
Yeah I'm aware, terribly sorry about this. I'm sending out an email to everyone affected right now with an explanation and a fix. All premium accounts will be re-enabled and a free month will be added on top.
