Hi, there i signed up for a premium account, and where it says account class, it says premium member, but when i go to download it says download error you do not have enough points to download, please upgrade to premium membership for unlimited downloading, but im already premium, any help plzzzzzz ? thanks
There was a bug which caused that message for everyone. It has been fixed now, if you bought premium because of this issue and would like a refund then please let me know.
