Premium Member Download Speed

    Hi guys,

    I've just purchased premium membership with the hope that my download speed from Romulation would improve and I'm sad to say that it simply hasn't at all. I am currently downloading a rom at a measly 70kbps. Is this usual? Is there any way I can improve this? Download speed was the sole reason I became a premium member and so far I am not impressed.

    Me 2

    My download speed is slow like 300kp

    And I get 3mp/s in steam
