How long does it usually take for a member to get their status changed to premium after they paid the subscription fee?
not true at all It changes automatically as soon as paypal notify our system that your payment has cleared. Sometimes they take their time doing it, and if you paid by echeck it takes 3 days to clear.

Already bought it. And it wasnt by check or anything it was directly through paypal but nothing I'm still regular member.
I changed our paypal email and forgot to update the script on our server. :/ Embarrassing but it's fixed now and all premium times have been adjusted for the missed time.

It's Danish, not German, Even though, I see where you are coming from. Just run it through Google Chrome and translate the page. It'll go back to English when you login into your PayPal account.
Paypal is retarded, every option is already set to display it in English. I now also added it to the buy now buttons as well, that seems to have had an effect, thanks for reporting it.
