I started a topic like this before and all say, that the n5 is sh*t!

The r4 and the m3 are both good, but the best is Cyclo DS. After my thread i buyed an Cyclo and im happy: all work fine

sorry, I didn't search because of the names. Figured it'd be a pita to find on the forum

ok, cyclo. i'll look it up.

On these things, i can use a compact-sd in the gig range? and have more than one game dled onto the card? the gui will let me choose which one to play?

And this'll work with the hosted ds roms on my tied for first favorite site? "here" other is "tauniverse.com" total annihilation!!

Edit: what about ram enhancment? I don't require rumble, its tacky on handhelds.

mind you this is also only for ds games, thats my only requirement.
Also being able to store multiple games on one sd would be nice. using their menus to switch betwwen whatever game i decide to play. Having to pc the card to switch games would become a pita, same with simply buying tons of low storage sd's to hold the games "single game per card"

This has wii compatability? and damn hot stuff. will look like my xbox "original, soft modded" with over 300 games on the stock hdd.

Being poor this stuff helps with the depression ;D my gf loves playing the ds.

Remember, the N5 is a fake clone of the R4, it uses the same firmware, and it will brick your DS in some way. Even read the review on GBAtemp.net.

this is better than a review. I will probably buy the cyclods thing. It seems to cost a bit with the addition of the storage, I'll comparison shop for it and post results in a few months upon purchase.

I am an uber comparison shopper, damn economy.

 

cyclo or R4 are really your only choices.

 

I'm going cyclo. so I can harass the two guys if it sucks. It seems pro enough and they are stating that they will be "taking advantage of the extra space in future updates" Adding features to their Program.

I'm looking foreward to this, I love modding and tinkering. Working on a game called total annihilation for over a year now, modding it and building a compilation. I'll post it in the pc section of the forum later. Ok? And sorry for not doing a thorough search for similar topics.

Edit: searching, there is also something called edge and some others "fyi" The cyclods doesn't include "browser" software? Its not nessesary but curiosity.

Can't find it on amazon, can't find it under $51 and only see it for a bit of a higher price packed with a 1gb micro card. still looking.

if you put on both pokemon games, FF3, FF4, FFTA2, it fills up a lot faster than the 8, 16, 32 MB games.

use the trimming software to make 8 MB like 4 or 6, and 32 close to 17.

and the cyclo evo handles trimmed games so don't worry.

 

trimming aka compression such as virtualboy ??? handling .zip files mmm the ff games, forgot about them and added content ??? I have poke pearl. Ok, well I'll get it in a little, $$$'s tight thats why I havent donated or anything. car=important job= important food= you know.

2gig approx. 2,000 divided by 32 = approx 60 games. not as good as my stock xbox hdd with over 300 gba and such.

did the conversion on the german seller on amazon. Unless it really is 72,00 which is like 11,000 usd i converted it into 72.00 eur into 113.00 usd +/- change
