power plant part in Soul Silver

    I have gone o the power plant in Soul Silver, and went back to cerulean and ran into the team rocket guy coming out of the gym. Where in the gym did he hide the part? I can't find it anywhere...

    Go to route 24 and battle him EASY WIN!!! Go to the gym and look on the Life Savers in the back. Check all around them.

    ok, so now ive activated the powerplant and got the radio card for kanto... I thought that's how I was supposed to wake up the snorlax in front of digletts cave

    ok, you can ignore this thread now... I've finished the main game, beaten red and got most of the legendaries, no more problems. Thanks guys
