Simply take a picture of what you had for breakfast,lunch,dinner or all three.
Post it to a media uploading website such as www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us
Once uploaded, copy the "Direct Link" and post it here using the spoiler tag and image tag.

If you can't get a picture of your food, no worries! Just google search similiar food that you had.
You can also add some random information, but keep it clean.
