hi. i was wondering if it were possible to convert american .nds saves to european .nds saves (or vica-versa). there are some games i play multi-player with my brother (on my own ds's) and i stupidly used a different region rom to my original cart. and while it'll work for wi-fi matches, head-to-head multiplayer doesn't work (so much for region free :D)

anyway, i've only tried a limited selection mario kart, metroid, that's all), and i don't like downloading games i already own - seems illogical...

thanks in advance (wars... sorry, couldn't help it)

I would doubt theres differences in the saves, unless the actual roms have different content.

Loony is correct. There is no difference. I have tried it with different regions roms and switched saves with success. You will need to make sure that you keep the name of both saves the same though which is just common sense.

It works !!???? SHIITT that's not possible !Eu versions are mostly not the same as the U version, I mean the Eu
versions mostly come with more languages right ?

;D You would be surprised!! As long as the underlying core components of the game are the same and the programing hasn't been modified (think graphically or new content) to a great degree then it will work even if there are more language options. Most games ask you to select a language prior to loading a save anyway, so the language shouldn't affect the save.. only the game content in theory would. Some examples are Warhammer 40k Squad Command, Geometry Wars and Spyro Eternal Night which all work perfectly between regions. I'm not sure about Japanese games (which I'm sure this would not work), but certainly it does between the greater majority of US and European games.
